Ceum is built for solo freelancers, technical consultants and independent operators doing client work — developers, designers, and people running a one-person business. Every workspace is personal, designed around one person rather than stretched to fit teams.

Time tracking with insights and pivot reports; money — income and expenses, invoices you send to clients, and your own recurring subscriptions; clients and projects with attached documents; and tasks on configurable boards.

Ceum runs in the browser as the full workspace, with a standalone command-line app for the terminal. The native mobile apps are pending platform approval and are not on the stores yet — the Android build is available for internal testing today, so write to support@ceum.app to get access. iOS follows once the App Store review and policy overhead is cleared.

No, by design. Ceum is a single-person workspace — one workspace, owned by one person, with no shared accounts, seats or assignees. That is what keeps it small and fast instead of turning into agency software. To bring someone else in, share a read-only link to a single invoice, task or board; they open it in a browser with no account.

Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of the Pro plan, so the assistant, MCP access and the command line are all available while you try it. No credit card is required. When the trial ends you pick a paid plan or continue on the free plan.

There's a free plan to get going, and paid plans — billed monthly or yearly — as your needs grow. Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time. The pricing page shows what each one includes.

Ceum exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint, so the in-app assistant Rocky and external tools can read and update your workspace. A standalone command-line app (install with npm i -g @ceum/cli) drives the same operations from your terminal.

Yes. Bring existing clients, projects, invoices, and transactions in when getting started, and import tasks from a file. Your data stays yours — it can be exported back out whenever you need it.
