Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using Ceum constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If these terms are not acceptable, please do not use the service.
Use of Service
Ceum is provided for lawful personal and business use. Misuse of the service, or facilitating misuse by others, is not permitted.
User Accounts
Account holders are responsible for the security of their account and all activity that occurs under it. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly at support@ceum.app.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on Ceum are the property of Ceum or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Ceum is provided on an 'as is' basis, without warranties of any kind. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Third-Party Services
Ceum relies on third-party providers — such as hosting, payment processing, and AI providers — to operate. Ceum is not responsible for the availability, acts, or omissions of these providers, and their own terms may also apply.
Termination
Ceum may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms or is used unlawfully. Account holders may stop using the service at any time and may delete their account from the app's Settings.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
