The Account page is where you manage your identity and security: change your email or password, turn on multi-factor authentication, and review the devices currently signed in. For the sign-in flow itself, see Signing in.
What's here
- Profile — your display name and profile picture.
- Email addresses — add or change emails, each with a verification step.
- Password — change it, with confirmation.
- Phone — available if SMS is set up for your account.
- Multi-factor authentication — set up an authenticator app, backup codes, or other factors.
- Active sessions — see the devices you're signed in on and sign out any one of them remotely.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from this page. Deleting removes everything you own — clients, projects, tasks, invoices, transactions, subscriptions, time entries, documents, tags, templates, and exports. There's no soft delete and no grace period, so this is final.
If you want to keep your data, generate exports first under Data management.
What this page is not
- Not your display preferences. Currency, date format, timezone, and ID prefixes live under General settings.
- Not the MCP events log. That lives under Sessions and MCP events.
Tips and edge cases
- Email changes take effect going forward. Future emails you send use the new address; messages already sent keep the address they went out with.
- Multi-factor authentication is yours to manage. If you change devices, recover using your backup codes — there's no way for anyone else to reset it for you.
- Sign out lost devices. If you've signed in somewhere you no longer have access to, revoke that session from the active-sessions list.
On mobile
The mobile app has an Account settings screen with the essentials:
- Profile — display name and avatar.
- Email — change your email, with the same verification step (resend / cancel a pending change).
- Security — a row that opens a dedicated Change password screen.
- Sessions — a row that opens the signed-in-devices list, where you can sign out a device or all others.
- Delete account — behind a type-
DELETE-to-confirm sheet; unavailable while offline.
Multi-factor and phone management stay on the web app.
